10 FETCH! With Ruff RuffmanIt kind of has a nice jazzy and/or bluesy beat to it which makes it kind of catchy.

9 Felix the Cat
It's fast paced and very upbeat and it makes you want to sing along.
It's a very action packed theme (Which makes sense seeing as it's a super hero show). It sort of tells you about the main characters of the show.
7 ArthurThis song has a nice steel drum beat but if you listen to the lyrics...they have nothing to do with the show.
6 Scooby Doo (1969)It seems to be slow and fast at the same time. It also sounds a bit ghostly which makes sense seeing that the main theme of the show is fake monsters.
5 Gravity FallsIt has sort of a mysterious feel which is the tone of the show. It is also very fasted paced.

4 Inspector Gadget
It doesn't have many words but it's the tune that's catchy, in fact it sounds a bit like a computer booting up.

3 The Pink Panther
It has relaxed/Sly/Sneaky tone to it that makes you want to hum along.

2 Shaun the Sheep
It has a rock and roll sound and it's very fast. It embeds it's way into your head for days before you can get it out.

1 Animaniacs
This song is zany to the max. It's so over the top and out of control you just want to sing along.
Now before I finish I want to go over an honorable mention, a song that was going to be on my list but didn't make it I wont go into detail about this song just let you listen to the song. That honorable mention is: Gummi Bears.
